Plain English, always

We do the complicated bit, so you don’t have to

AI comes wrapped in jargon, and that’s often what puts people off. We take it apart and turn it into simple steps you can follow. When a technical word genuinely matters, we tell you what it means, once, in everyday language.

What you’ll hearWhat it actually means
“Large language model”The kind of AI behind ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot. It writes by predicting what words should come next.
“Prompt”What you type in. Better instructions get better answers, and we show you how.
“Hallucination”When AI makes something up and says it confidently. Always check facts, names and figures.
“Human in the loop”A person checks the work before it goes anywhere that matters.
“Data processing”What happens to the information you put in: where it goes, who can see it, and how long it’s kept.
  1. We start with your day

Not the technology. What takes you the longest, and what do you dread doing?

  2. We explain it simply

One step at a time, in everyday words. No question is too basic. The basic ones are usually the most important.

  3. You try it there and then

On your own real tasks, with us alongside you, so it works for your business and not just in theory.

  4. You keep the steps

A short, plain-English guide to everything we covered, so you can do it again on your own.

How we keep AI safe to rely on

AI helps. People decide.

AI is brilliant at first drafts and terrible at knowing when it’s wrong. Everything we teach comes with the guardrails we use in our own work every day.

Made-up answers

AI can sound certain and still be wrong (hallucination). We show you how to check facts and sources before you rely on them.

Agreeing with you

Ask a leading question and AI will often just agree. We teach you how to ask so you get an honest answer.

Bias

AI learns from the past, including its unfairness. Simple checks help you spot it before it affects a customer or a decision.

Your data

Which tools and settings keep customer and business information private, and what should never be pasted into AI.

The law

The basics of UK GDPR, copyright and confidentiality as they apply to AI, explained without the jargon.

Who’s responsible

A named person signs off anything that matters. AI does the first draft; a person makes the decision.

Questions

Good to know

Do I need to be technical?

Not at all. If you can send an email, you can do this. We start from where you are.

Which AI tools do you use?

We’re not tied to any one company. We work with the tools you already have, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini, and help you pick the right one if you don’t.

Online or in person?

Both. Online anywhere in the UK, and in person by arrangement. Travel further afield is charged at cost.

Is my business information safe?

Yes. We’re Cyber Essentials certified and registered with the ICO, and keeping data safe is part of every session.

Not sure where to start?
