N90 Labs is an AI-native software engineering consultancy. The Site provides information about our services and allows prospective clients to contact us and generate AI-powered project briefs. Separate engagement terms will apply to any consulting work.

- AI-generated briefs are provided as a starting point and do not constitute professional advice, a proposal, or a commitment to deliver services
- Your project description will be processed by a third-party AI service (Anthropic) to generate the brief
- We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
- The brief does not create a contractual obligation on either party
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, design, code, logos, and graphics — is owned by N90 Labs Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, N90 Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
