Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making n90.ai accessible to all users.

Last updated: 25 March 2026

Compliance Status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Scope

This accessibility statement applies to n90.ai and all sub-pages, including our blog, service pages, tools, customer portal, and policy documents.

What We Do to Ensure Accessibility

We take the following measures to ensure accessibility of n90.ai:

  • Semantic HTML — we use appropriate HTML elements (headings, landmarks, lists, tables) to convey meaning and structure to assistive technologies
  • Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements are accessible via keyboard, with visible focus indicators
  • Screen reader testing — we test with screen readers to ensure content is comprehensible when read aloud
  • Colour contrast — text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 minimum contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
  • Motion preferences — we respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query and reduce or disable animations for users who prefer reduced motion
  • Responsive design — the website works across all device sizes from 375px upwards
  • ARIA attributes — WAI-ARIA roles, states, and properties are used where native HTML semantics are insufficient

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there are some known limitations:

  • Three.js canvas (wave background) — the decorative wave animation on the homepage uses a WebGL canvas element which is not fully accessible to screen readers. This element is purely decorative and marked with aria-hidden="true". No information is conveyed solely through this element.
  • PDF documents — some downloadable documents may not be fully tagged for accessibility. We are working to ensure all future documents meet PDF/UA standards. Alternative formats are available on request.
  • Third-party content — embedded content from third-party services (such as calendar widgets or payment forms) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We work with providers that prioritise accessibility.
